  • What is the issue with my Slime Licker® Sour Rolling Liquid Candy?
    Candy Dynamics has received two reports of the rolling ball detaching which could result in choking hazard. This recall is about the rolling mechanism and not the candy itself.
  • Have any injuries been reported?
    No injuries have been reported.
  • My Slime Licker® Sour Rolling Liquid Candy appears to be fine. Can I continue to use it?
    No. You should immediately stop using the product. Consumers with non-empty product should contact Candy Dynamics via 877-546-0483 or www.CandyDynamicsRecall.expertinquiry.com for a full refund. Consumers should dispose of any empty items.
  • Will I receive a refund for the Slime Licker® Sour Rolling Liquid Candy?
    Consumers returning non-empty units will receive a full refund from us after we receive the unused unit. We will provide instructions on how to mail back product postage prepaid.
  • How long will it take for me to receive the refund?
    You should expect to receive a refund within 4 – 6 weeks from the date of first contacting us.
  • What about your other products?
    Only Slime Licker ® Sour Rolling Liquid Candy is impacted, other Slime Licker branded items continue to be available along with all other Candy Dynamics products.
